1. Scope and seller

These terms apply to all orders placed through this site by consumers and businesses.

For deliveries to the EU, the UK and the rest of the world, the seller is Merchism — Ismail Tüfekci und Jens Moelle GbR, Elebeken 4, 22299 Hamburg, Germany.

For deliveries to the USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan and Australia, the order is concluded with Fourthwall Inc. as merchant of record. Fourthwall's own terms apply to those orders, and Fourthwall issues the invoice and settles the applicable sales tax. The store makes clear which of the two applies before you reach checkout.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products is not a binding offer. By clicking the order button you place a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept it in a separate confirmation of dispatch, or when the goods are dispatched.

3. Prices

Prices for the EU include statutory VAT and are shown before shipping. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete the order. Prices for the US region are shown net; sales tax is added at checkout by the merchant of record.

4. Print on demand

Every garment is printed after the order is placed. This is why production takes a few working days, and why we cannot offer exchanges of individual items outside the statutory right of withdrawal. Minor variations in print position of a few millimetres and slight colour differences between batches are characteristic of direct-to-garment printing and do not constitute a defect.

6. Right of withdrawal

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law only applies to the extent that it does not remove the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
